I'm thinking of changing to an ED visa and was wondering if there are any schools in Korat City which offer Thai classes coupled with an ED visa (the ED visa is more important to me).

I doubt you will find one in Korat.

There may be classes available but they would not be able give you documentation to get a extension of stay at immigration.

I spent a year there and did not find a school that would meet your requirements. I was coming off an Ed. visa at the time.
