Chon-Buri Immigration in Jomtien: what they need for the 1-year extension based on marriage?

Hello,

I've heard that not all offices ask for all documents. I would like to know if the Chon-Buri Immigration branch located in Jomtien requires the "Affidavit to marry" in order to provide the 1-year extension based on marriage?

Thank you for any info!

I have seen no reports of them wanting it.

Some immigration office want it for newlyweds or if doing conversion to non immigrant visa entry.
