I have a renew date of 2nd entry TV in a few weeks, if I go 5 days before do they activate it from that date, or the end of the 1st entry?

I usually go with Jacks, is there least a busy day? Wednesday?

Passport exit stamp will be 60 days from the date of entry.

Make sure you go to the border before the 'Enter Before' date which is written or printed on your visa, else you will loose the second entry.

You are allowed to stay for up to 60 days, if you leave earlier that is up to you. But when you return to Thailand you just get another 60 days. You will not get the extra days you didn't use on your first entry.

A tourist visa can be extended by 30 days, each entry for 1,900 baht. But you must make both entries before the visa itself expires, or you lose that entry.

If you want a 30 day extension you can go on Sunday but immigration will be closed !

Why not go on Thursday or Friday ?

What are your going to do? You can not renew at immigration as said above - only extend 30 days - and for that you should go early as extension starts at end of current stay so no time lost.

There are no busy or less busy days to do a visa run, especially this time of the year where it's low season.

To obtain the max use out of your visa you should go on the day you are admitted to stay until.

Unless the expiration date of your visa is sooner, then you need to go on or one day before the

expiration date.
