Is Tata the girl who had the hit: "Boom boom boom, I want you in my room"?

That was the Venga Boys.

It was actually Frankie Goes to Hollywood.

RIP Tata's father.

First line, wrong, no it wasn't, it was Venga Boys.

Second line, I agree.

From the Thai press, apparently Tim Young, 67, died suddenly on the evening of the 4th. He was reported as having had a recent history of heart disease.
Tim Young had arranged to meet a friend at his apartment in Silom but when the friend came round he found Tim unconscious on the floor. He friend gave him cardiac massage and emergency services were called but he was pronounced dead on arrival at nearby BNH hospital.
His daughter, Tata, was in New York at the time and is preparing to fly back to Thailand.

Very sad news. He was a great guy. When I moved here he was the first person in Bangkok ever to strike up a conversation and welcome me with a few drinks on his tab. He didn't have to but he did.

Condolences to Tata. He will be missed.

RIP TIM :-(

I am at lost this guy was like a step dad to me while I have been managing a bar here in Patpong. I spent a lot of time with this cat and he will for ever be the main man here in Patpong period! He would open up to anyone one, buy ya a drink just loved talking to people. Tim was also a great cook!! We both love food and birds..he loved his family and he loved everyone of his friends here at the pong.. I love you Tim ....rip.
