Phil Conners
What is required for a Thai national to register in a Tabien Baan for a company-owned property? I mean obviously the Tabien Baan itself and the Thai's ID card, anything else? Company stamp? Directors approval in some form?
puuchai299
I have a thai registered in my companies tabien baan,it wasn't as simple as putting a Thais name in a tabien baan owned by a thai, but is possible, you will need your lawyer to present some paperwork from your company, this was about 6 years back but it cost 1000 baht for the documentation from the lawyer, sorry I can't be more specific, this was made at Pattaya city hall by the way..
