Two suspected drug dealers arrested at North Pattaya Pub

PATTAYA:--Just after 4.30am on Saturday Pattaya Police were called to the car park of a Thai Pub in North Pattaya following reports of two men who were acting suspiciously and were allegedly selling drugs to patrons of the pub.

Police arrived and detained Khun Satit aged 33 and Khun Ponigorn aged 30. They were taken to Pattaya Police Station along with their vehicles, a White Toyota Fortuna and a White Nissan Cube.

Khun Satit, the owner of an internet shop and owner of the Fortuna, was found to be carrying 2 bags of Ecstasy Tablets, 3 guns and 35 bullets along with 94,620 Baht inside the vehicle. He claimed the items, except the tablets, belonged to his brother and he had no prior knowledge of the items being concealed in the vehicle. He further claimed the drugs were purchased for personal use only.
