Unable to schedule an appointment on VFS website

Featured Replies

Hello,

I'm curious to know if anyone else is encountering problems when attempting to schedule an appointment through the VFS website:

https://www.vfs.firm.in/th-apptsystem/appscheduling/appwelcome.aspx

I simply can't get passed the first page, when entering:

No. of applications (1)

Visa Category (For all categories)

The following error message is returned:

No date(s) available for appointment.

However this message is returned before i even have the option to enter a date.

Does this mean no appointments are available in the near future or is it more likely a website error ? (I have tried from different computers / browsers).

From experience the appointments system only lets you book so far in advance - the exact scope I'm not sure of. I should add that I had the same message due to VFS being already fully booked for the dates I requested.

Yes but I can't get passed the first page to specify any dates.

Just had a go using your link, tried a couple of different browsers...finally managed to get through, on Chrome, to the next page where you enter passport details etc

Guessing it's just being temperamental..can only suggest you keep trying

I booked an appointment recently without any problem, and I just used your link and it got me through to the page where you enter your details, so it seems to be working now. Sorry cannot advise any further, save to say that appointments seem to become available a week ahead.
