Hello, I mysellf am from Belgium and allready 11 years happily married to a lady from Yasothorn (East-Thailand).

My 36 years old son has been to Pattaya several times and is tired of the bar lady's.

He has over a dating site met a lady from Udonthani.

Are trere people who have good or bad experiances and could give me some advice?

Are woman from the Udonthani area similar to those from Pattaya, or do they have a different morality ?

Why doesn't your son seek advice from his step mother?

1. No Thai girl is actually from Pattaya...

2. Udon Thanni women are the most successful at snagging farang husbands.

There was an interesting story about this in the Bangkok Post a few

years ago, but I do not have the link. Definitely a stronger Laos

influence there versus the southeast Isan area. And yes as a general

rule, Udon Thanni women tend to be more attractive.

OP: My wife (she's a good woman) is from Pattaya so try not to make too many generalisations about women from Pattaya. However many women "working" in Pattaya are from the Issan region; that includes Udon Thani. I am sure there are some good women in Udon Thani looking for a foreign husband to take care of them and share their life. I trust your 36 old son has enough street smarts to sort out the wheat from the chaff.
