Does anyone have any experience living in this neighborhood? Getting a little ways out of the tourist/KSR area it is actually a really decent nice local area. I am wondering about rentals. Does anyone know how they compare in price to some of the more built-up areas? Are they pretty inexpensive? I think I would need to rent an apartment or small house rather than a serviced apartment/condo studio because there don't seem to be many of that type of housing in this area.

I live right by the rama 8 bridge. Theres a ton of condos within walking distance heading into pinklao area. Mostly lumpinis.

7-10k per month seems the norm for a 1 bed condo. You are within a walk or very short taxi trip to central pinklao / tesco and everything else
