Today the bus I was on actually pulled over and almost stopped in order to let an ambulance with lights and sirens going get through.

What's your "first" today ?......

Are you sure their was not a more selfish reason for pulling over? Maybe the driver saw a 1000 baht note on the ground

...or the national anthem was within earshot:)

Of course , sorry forgot to mention she also wanted about 30% more salary than the advertised rate, though this i am use to already

I once saw an ambulance with lights get involved in an accident in front on ploenchit, it stopped at the spot and another ambulance came to retrieve the patient and the personnel accompanying him.

Last week I saw a BIB stop a wrong way Thai motorcycle driving on Beach Road in Jomtien. I was shocked as there is a constant flow of wrong way Thai drivers that are ignored by the local BIB. Maybe I misunderstood the reason for the stop but it was lunch time and the BIB looked hungry.

Was driving my scooter behind a Thai man driving a scooter and he actually looked in his mirror and turned on his right signal light before turning right.
