impulse
Our company is having a difficult time trucking in freight to Songkhla. We're using airfreight to Hat Yai on most of it. But I don't know if that's because of actually blocked roads or fear of blocked roads.

Rooo
There are several reports in the news section. Highway 41 is blocked, just can't determine exact location. Highway @ Phunpin near Surat airport also blocked, but you can get around it. Now they are talking about blocking more, so just asking for a heads up. Thanks. Sent from my GT-I9500 using Thaivisa Connect Thailand mobile app Meet a friend from surat thani who drove to trang. When he got to trang told me that the police had a road block and was carring rifles. They let him through and soon after he and his wife were stopped by protesters with their face covered and would not let them through without paying them he said it was very scarey as it was at night. wedders
Was sent on a 40 km, 4+ hour stop-start detour last night from highway 4 (?) last night. A 9 hour drive took 13 hours, from Krabi back to Pattaya. Police and army everywhere along the route. Pathetically organised by the authorities of course, 95% of the log-jam consisted of trucks, no attempt to send car drivers unfamiliar with the area along an alternative route. There must have been one, surely.
