Tourist Visa - 60 day extension reason child finished. 30 day extension Poss?

Featured Replies

Hi TV members,

I had a double entry tourist visa. I asked on T.V about extensions for having a child and was told, after the last entry was finished, I should get a 30 day extension as normal and then go back and get a 60 day extension for having a child.

I couldn't do it that way as it would have meant, not being able to take my daughter with me to Imm so I got the 60 day extension first instead.

My question is ( a little cheeky and unlikely ) Can I go back and get that 30 day extension I should have applied for first?

If not, what documents do I need for a single Non O from Kuala Lumpur. I don't meet requirements for a multi.

Thanks in advance smile.png

You cannot do it.

You could make a border run for a 15 day entry and extend it for 60 days.

Your child's birth certificate plus copies of it and your passport should be all you need for single O visa.

Do you know how many times I can do it this way?

Is it just upto the guy at Imm and how many 15 day entries I can get and how many is that 4 x 15 day entries?

Which is better to go to Penang or Kuala Lumpur for the single Non O?

Do I need to take my daughter for a single?

Sorry for the many Q's just making sure smile.png
