hi. I have to make my 90 days report on october 10th.I am flying out on october 11th from BKK so my slip from Nan Immigration will not be back in time for my departure.

will I have trouble at the airport? I have a nonB visa with WP and also a reentry visa.

The 90 day report is not checked at the airport. Don't worry about not receiving the slip back in time.

Assume you will be reporting by mail. If so, is 10 October your actual due reporting date or 15 days before the due date (the deadline for mailing in reports)?

The 15 days before mail in date depends on the office you use. Many smaller immirgaiton ofices allow you to mail in at a later date than at least 15 days before.
