My info: Passport- Israeli, Age - 29.

I currently hold a 3 entry tourist Visa (each time two months in Thailand), I will be entering the 3rd time soon, and I will have two more months to stay in Thailand.

However, my girlfriend who is filipina (age 23), will be entering Thailand with me and she will only have one month Visa.

So I was thinking that once we enter again in the 18th, we should start working on a student visa process (legitimately registering to study in bkk, and not working).

My concern is, if now I have the two more months in Thailand, and I leave before, let's say just before my gf have her 30 days visa expired, can I go to Laos with the school's forms, and get a student visa, even thought I'm still on my Tourist Visa period? because I will still have a month until that visa expire.

Plus.. another concern that is raised is, if my gf which is from the philippines make that visa, will it be problematic for her to get the visa? or possibly fly each few months out and back in Thailand? (while on multiple student visa)? I know that they most likely not make any problems to Israeli, but if she stick with me, will they make her any problems?

We're both not working, so we're doing nothing illegal but I understand that Thai gov suspect people from "poor" countries like Philippines more than they suspect Israelis or other people that came from "richer" countries, is that true?

If you exit to obtain ED visa you will return using that 90 day enter so old tourist visa has no effect - your tourist visa entry end when you leave. She would do the same. Then you both would extend with school paperwork every 90 days (or local amount of time allowed) to continue the schooling/stay.
