Help, How to Sell TOR BOR Deed Land

Featured Replies

Hi everybody,

Does any can give me advice how to sell (my husbands) land with deed title TORBOR 3? We have 30 rai in Phuket, Panwa, sea view all around with main road and electricity.... Real-estators are impressed with land, but when figure out deed title, just give up...ok, it's not a chanote, but when we sell all this chanote in Thailand, what to do with other land type? My hub (typical for Thai) don't want to upgrade (long time to wait) he just want to sell very cheap......but looks like mission impossible...

Any suggestion?

Thanks in forward.

Malena

Thirty rai at Panwa should have a value exceeding 100 million baht. If your husband is too obstinate to take a bit of effort at the land office for this then you are in a sorry state. My wife upgraded her land to chanote about 4 years ago. Took almost a year with numerous trips to the Land Department. But it eventually got done and she is far more secure now.

Well, not a very typical Thai, those that I know would rather wait a long time to sell very expensive :)
