Anyone has the authentic isaan recipe for kho moo yung for pork neck or shoulder cuts marinade?

have asked some sellers but they were evasive to divulge what in the marinade..

Amazing coincidence but she marinaded some pork 2 days ago.

If I'd known she was doing it I would have watched.

Told me she used water and it cooked very tender but all I could taste was cloves which is unusual for Thailand so no garlic, etc.

Will check out YouTube. Thanks
