Got a good recipe of YouTube, all is good now,, Amazing coincidence but she marinaded some pork 2 days ago. If I'd known she was doing it I would have watched. Told me she used water and it cooked very tender but all I could taste was cloves which is unusual for Thailand so no garlic, etc. Will check out YouTube.
