Anyone live in the WYNE or Nusasiri Grand condos?

Featured Replies

I'll be moving to Bangkok at the end of October (WOOHOO!) and I'm doing all the research on where I'll stay right now before I arrive. I realize I won't truly be able to decide until I get there and check the condos out, but from seeing pictures/Youtube videos/room layouts, these two condos are at the top of my list. WYNE by Sansiri (Phra Khanong) and Nusasiri Grand (Ekkamai). I'll have limited time to find a condo to rent when I arrive so the more information I can get now, the better. smile.png

I'm hoping with this post to see if anyone here lives or has lived at either one, and can share their experience. Any management issues? Any problems with rainfall and water damage? Insects?

What concerns me about the Nusasiri Grand is also a feature I find awesome - the fact it connects directly to the BTS station. But how noisy is it inside the room? Does this mean a lot of extra pollution being so close to the BTS?

If you have recommendations on other condos (I like high rise, newish, and near BTS), I'd love to hear them too. I also have my eye on:

Ideo Morph 38 & Ashton Morph 38 (But this post scared me, and is the reason I created this topic: http://www.prakard.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=761168)
Le Luk & Sky Walk

Thanks for any replies!
