Testament / Will in Thailand?

Featured Replies

Hi,

I am thinking about setting up my last will in case i have an accident or die because of poor health. I want to split my belongings between my friends and my brother in europe. Friends are thai and americans living in thailand.

What is the best and easiest way to put something like this in writing? What kind of cost and procedure can i expect? Do i need them to sign any paper or can i put them in my will without their knowledge?

I just want it black on white as to what will happen with my belongings on who gets a share of my business, stocks and all that kind of stuff.

Thanks in advance smile.png
