Hi, am a 14 years old and me and my mother live in Bangkok. We have been here for a couple of months now and we are planning to leave and go 2 another country after the Thai new year. Although, I have enjoyed living here I so far haven't met anyone my age that speaks English. Even though it is lots of really cool stuff to do here I'm always stuck hanging out with my mom and don't have any friends my age.

Before leave Thailand I would hopefully meet some other home schooled teens

I don't really like it anymore. I've been home schooled since I was 6, and back then I liked it a lot because I wasn't really a talkative kid. Now I'm way more social and I would rather be in an international school.

I recently overheard a parent rave about home schooling and it sounded to me like wherever you are

- There are lots of people who are doing it

- They meet up for social activity?!

There's gotta be clubs or home schooling groups in BKK.

You definitely need friends that are not your parents... jeez.
