I am 28 years Old , from German Origin . In Thailand since 2011 . married with Thai .

Heres my current Situation .

I just applied for a 1 year Visa Extension of my Non-Immigrant-O Visa .

Theres a stamp in my Passport , to pick it up at 29. October.

2 days after i applied for the Visa , i found a good job . ( great timing )

My Employer wants me to apply for the work permission at 15. October . ITS NOT A TEACHING JOB !!

Now my Questions :

1.

Can i apply for a work Permission with my currently ( pending ) Non-Immi-O Visa ?

Or , do i have to wait untill 29. October , to pick the Visa up first .

2.

If i want to renew my Non-Immi-O Visa (in 2 014 ) and i earn , lets say 50.000 Baht a month .

do i have to proove that i have the 50K on my bank account , every month ?

Or can i just show my Tax ID card or some paper ?

3.

What is better in my curent situation . Keep Non-Immi-O or change to Non-Immi-B

( i want to get the work permit as fast as possible )

1. You can apply now. Attach copy of marriage certificate to application.

2. You prove income by way of tax payment receipts and work permit.

3.Keep your extension based upon marriage. It would not go away if you lost your job.
