Where to get Cheap/used 3ds?

Well yeah. As the title says, where can I get me a cheap or used 3ds(which works)? I live in Rangsit so not all that familiar with places in Bangkok, which is where I was hoping to get it from. I really really want to play Pokemon X&Y but not keen on dishing out 200 dollars for the console =/ Especially just for one game, which I'll need to buy for 40 dollars again.

Also, which region has the most game avaibility in Thailand? US or PAL?

Sadly I just sold mine to a shop in MBK and it was in great condition with lots of games. There are plenty of game shops there selling 3DS's. You need to get a US ones as all game shops in Thailand sell US based 3DS games. With the 3DS not being region free a US system is the way to go.
