Did not our well traveled PM make a promise last year , when looking for a massive allotment of funds, stating something like a promise of "No Floods next year" Quote from todays English Language Newspaper. " As of Oct 13, parts of 25 provinces remain flooded, bringing the number of affected households to 337,190 and causing 42 fatalities " Does anyone have a copy of that 'promise' article,,,,,, I would like to re-read the fine print.
