YoungBrit Posted October 16, 2013 Share Posted October 16, 2013 I was at the 700 year stadium last weekend and saw some race barriers and stand being put up. Is there some sort of racing coming up? Someone mentioned to me it was this weekend but I don't know any other details. Any info or sites where I can find the info would be welcome. kjhbigv Posted October 18, 2013 Share Posted October 18, 2013 It is on maybe once or twice a year....Toyota event, so all Toyota cars....generally racing Yaris, Vios and a few privateer races, good fun and some of them pretty good. Free entry. Free grandstands over the other side of the football stadium (but they get very busy). Don't forget they have truck and bike drag racing at the stadium once a month as well. beau thai Posted October 19, 2013 Share Posted October 19, 2013 Quite fun Saturday night with some excellent drift/slalom on a wet track. Main event though is Sunday starting around noon and supposedly finishing about 10pm-my money is on an early finish though. Hope it doesnt rain all day.....
