I have a friend who needs a long term rental of a 4(+) bedroom house with 1 Rai or more of garden suitable for pitching a marquee for entertaining. (Something he is required to do on a regular basis.)

Rental required must be a sensible amount, not one of these Pie-in-the-sky demands the Thais are so fond of making. (The budget is strict & set by his overseas employer.)

Area should be south of Chiang Mai, but not as far as Hang Dong.

I seem to have exhausted my contacts. Does anybody else have any ideas?

I tried to pm you but don't think it went through. I've asked my friend/contact & she said she'll have a look but she thinks that a house & land with those specs will run something like 40k/month. Anyway, I'll let you know when I hear back from her. Wouldn't expect it to be too soon though.
