Hi, I'm looking for a house or apartment for rent on Koh Lanta, preferably from April to Juli 2013. Because I'm not a famous monk I don't have unlimited money to spend. So my limit will be 20 Tsd Baht/m.for rent. Does anybody knows a nice accomodation even with a kitchen?

End of april is the start of low leason. Most of the country has low seasons but none know low like lanta! Most of the businesses even shut up.

But as long as you are prepared for quiet its great, beaches to yourself and just about enough places to get by having fun (with the same old crowd).

So you will have the pick of the island to yourself and plenty of options in all price ranges. Dont book before, arrive search and haggle for the best rates.

Great advice! Lots of places don't get advertised other than a simple sign outside. And sometimes, what you see on the internet is not what the place really looks like.

Koh Lanta is beautiful. I was there in May this year. So empty and quiet. Very relaxing.

Great island! Haven't been there in ten years or so, but I loved it. Definitely go back there when I get a chance.
