Sometimes yes sometimes no. Every connection is different and can change depending on traffic. I stream my tv shows from the US and sometimes they stream fine sometimes I have to give it some time to buffer and sometimes I have to wait over an hour before I can watch the show. DSL also is highly dependent on distance from switching station and line quality.
