How to alter the prefferred expired date for marriage visa

The police order says 60 days for extension of stay based upon marriage. If I was refused an extension because an immigration office was saying 90 days I think I would have go through the appeal process because I would win or the local office would change their minds before it got that far.

Immigration offices can ask for additional documents and such but they cannot change the rules that are written in the police order.

Penang is good according to most report plus you can use an agent there.

Reading reports for Singapore I would not recommend going there for any visa..

Then Penang will be my stand-by in case anything may go wrong in Singapore. Cheers
