Does anyone know how quick it is to get Vietnmam Visas at the Consulate there to travel on to Ho Chi Minh by Mekhong Express Bus? Thanks for any advice. puukao Posted October 30, 2013 Share Posted October 30, 2013 i can't give you the answer you want, but some information nonetheless. i was downtown PP and actually used one of those kiosks. i forget what i paid, but i THINK, not 100%, that I got the passport the next day. 2 days at the absolute max, since I only stayed two nights in PP.
