Robbery in kon kaen

Been a while since i posted on thai visa,my girl friend in kon kaen (kranuan) who is a school teacher has been the victim of repeated attempts by several thai men to break into her house at night (while she and her mother were sleeping there),they have tried to break through the roof,and seem to be coming back several times to try to get in.

She has attempted to contact the local police,but they dont seem interested to come and look into it,iam very worried for her safety and cant come back to see till after christmas.......has anyone got any suggestions...short of paying a policeman B500 per night to guard the house (last option ).

The Khon Kaen police runs a control & check operation.

For a cool 1000 baht per month they will check your house, every day, once in the daytime, once in the night.

Various times, never the same time.

It most certainly works.

Send me a PM if you are interested, will give your address to the checking policemen, then some policeman will visit you and make arrangements.
