Hi me and the wife have a house in phayao chiang rai the roof is corrugated sheets looking to reflect the heat away as the roof is In good condition as the house is very hot

[IMHO]

The normal way to approach this is to impede the heat stored in the outer roof surface from radiating through to the living space - i.e. reflective foil under the battens, insulation batts above the ceilings, and foil-backed gypsum for ceilings. Ventilation can also help some of the radiated heat escape from the roof cavity.

None of these beat some big trees creating shade over the roof though
