I have a tank but the pump has died. Anyone know where I can get a repair man for it I changed to the mains water last year cost 6,000 for instalation of meter and 300 a month standing charge, wish I had not bothered now

Did you put in a tank too? That's what they're for...when mains water pressure is low or non-existant.

its a corner shop on the small soi that goes to the hospital

theres a general merchants unit on opposite corner

there are loads of pumps outside

i have two in there now that need picking up

one would not stop running

one was noisy to the point of squealing

cost to fix both -900 baht

No problems on NPW near wat satuwas.

Anyone that does not have a external water tank and pump in Pattaya is eventually going to have this problem and it is only going to get worse with the continual overbuilding in this area

For the poster who mentioned the 300 Baht standing charge (actually it is a little higher) that is one of the hidden factors in owning a house via a company. Your water is higher because, as far as the water company is concerned, you are a business / commercial customer
