I need to Report my stolen sim Card D-Tac to my local authority to have a written Police Report to have a new sim issued..

Is this a common occurance and how much will this cost me in regards to obtaining an Official Report

and can i receive a copy to satisfy D-Tacs reinstament of my original mobile number...

I lost my ATM card when first moved to Thailand. Went to police station report was filled out 30B for them doing there job which made me smile. Why go thru all that go dtac ask for replacement sim u cut it to small for iPhone always works problem fixed

I understand not a ATM. Your contacts are gone my friend unless u are using some sort of smart device and have a recent backup

Recently backed up to USB but fairly sensitive information which may have been the purpose of removing the Sim but leaving the Phone intact....

The Sim itself is Device Locked but I have noticed recent activity when logging in via the account...certain numbers i don't recognise

The phone itself has G P s tracking but not the sim...which is being used illegally...even though d-tac deny that this is the case.....

I not understand what you mean by the sim is device locked? Sim has no capability to lock anything apart from ya run of the mill sim pin which is very easy to bypass if know what your doing etc etc. What phone did you lose? Been modding iPhones for long long time may be able to help if that's what has been lost
