November 10, 201312 yr I have had a sore shoulder for some time, muscle relaxants help, as does a bottle of red. But never goes away. A friend suggested I try acupuncture, any opinions please.
November 10, 201312 yr It rteally depends on what is causing the pain. If it is due to structural nerve compression, acupuncture may nto help. But no harm in trying. Have you tried (gentle) massage? Exercises?
November 10, 201312 yr Author Thanks Sheryl, the gentle massage worked, now if it would just stay this way. Of course having just turned 60 ish might have something to do with it, I just won't acknowledge the fact.
