Schmackos
We seem to have inherited them. Don't ask Any guess what dog breed they are? A cross between what and what ships in the night? They are brother and sister, approx. 4 years old
HeijoshinCool
Looks like the ships collided. So ugly they're cute. Look smart, too, yes?

Torrens54
Heinz-57 Varieties. Yep, they are just So Ugly, you'd have to LOVE Them! Brother and Sister you say? hope they've been "fixed-up" you wouldn't want any Incest taking place, you might get a REAL Monster.
Popular Post Potosi
They look like the product of DIY haircuts. Have it done by a professional at the vet, 250 Baht per dog, next to nothing. Poodle / Shi Tsu mixes I think.
jdinasia
if they were recently groomed and had the curly hair cut very short, I would suggest that they are wirehaired fox terriers.
Popular Post Thaddeus
Looking at the pic, really cute, no breed stands out, why label them, just love them. Treat them well, you will get it back ten fold.
Schmackos
Just sort of wanted to know the breed, just in case we have to give medicine, tick and flea repellent etc. I do agree that they have a face only a mother could love.
harrry
I think they have had a bad hair day. My wife is sad for them as someone has cut their fur "not pretty". I suggest a new barber.

Mine's half border collie, but never had the problem with ivermectin. Suspect yours are too far from the original to worry. Probably like cockroaches, able to survive a nuclear blast ….

Patsycat
The one on the left looks a bit embarassed. Let their fur grow out and post another pic. I think they are cute.
bina
shitzu poodle type mixes/ or terrier and poodle/ shitzu or lhasa mix (lhasa apso fairly unlikely not such a popular breed anywhere) but shitzus and poodles running rampant as hi/so dogs so yeah, bad hair day on shtizpoos//
Schmackos
Thanks for all the comments. Seems the answer is to let their hair grow a little longer and then get it professionally cut. They must have had a hard life. How we came across them was that the female came from a house with many dogs, lots of yelping from there and we found her scared and sheltering outside our kitchen, thus we took her in. Her brother was then placed in our care by the owner as he was getting bitten the owners larger dogs. What is difficult is that they are quite 'human' shy, so I don't really wish to contemplate their previous life. We will do our best with them and I'll probably pony up the coin to have her de-sexed. Give me a couple of months and I'll try and do the above and give another photo.
Patsycat
All they need is some cuddles. And find out who the hairdresser was and demand money back or threaten to do the same to them!!!
Minpin
One of our long haired dogs is the most outgoing dog until the summer comes and we cut his hair. He is then completey and totally embarassed and shy. Tries to hide away.

I think the are either Affenpinshers or Heinz dogs Not an Affenpinsher the so called monkey dog as we have one He is so ugly that my wife said no one will buy him. So we rescued him from Chatuchak. Fantastic dog. Looks are not everything
