I am moving to Udon Thani soon, early Dec., and would like to see a nice person get it. It is 2 B/R 1 bath in a nice Thai neighborhood. It is clean, partly furnished and in a very safe area to live, not far from town. I am currently paying 8000 baht a month on a one year lease and the owner is great. there are aircons in both bedrooms and the living area. They all work very well.
