Anyone know where you can buy flax seed in Bangkok? I was at my local Tops and they didn't have it... any ideas?

The bigger Viilas usually have it... they have a section with some less common bagged packages of things like flaxseed, spelt, quinoa, barley, etc,,,

A week ago, I bought a couple of store-packaged bags of black beans and small red beans from a local Makro store in BKK, and the prices were quite good. In the store, they have big barrels full of different grains, nuts and beans sitting open. But my mine were in celophane bags packaged by the store.

Kept them sealed at home waiting for cooking. Yesterday, took out the first bag to soak, and found the beans full of those little black bugs...weevils or whatever. So took out the second back to soak... same problem. Had to throw both away.

So much for buying beans from Makro...

yes they should be there. While I haven't been there in a while, I don't see why they'd shut down such an extensive business. I found this: http://goo.gl/IJdzMv. Not sure if the numbers are valid though but try them out.
