Im holding a tourist visa(3month 1 entry) and tomorrow im planning to go to the immigration in changwatana for extention and I just noticed that in my pssport it's mentioned 22SEP-20NOV. So should I pay an overstay fine in addition of the 1900 bath ?

Yes and if they grant an extension it will be minus the overstay !

I am really scared because some people told me that they'll refuse to extend my visa and I may be arrested and deported !!!

That is unlikely.

At the worst you will be given 7 days to get out of Thailand.

Deporting's too good for you. You'll be fine.

If your permitted to stay date is 20 November and you go in on 22 November, they, most likely, will charge you 2 days overstay, 1000 baht, and extend your permission to stay 30 days from 20 November, 1900 baht. Dress nicely and smile! Good luck!
