There is no border in Bangkok. From Bangkok the closest is Cambodia.

A little more info on where you are starting from would help.

Visa on 4oct 60 days up 2dec I think I can get 30 day on that then I think

I have to leave thai and re enter for second entry 60 days am I right or wrong

Yes, you get a 30 day extension at Bangkok Immigrations and then use the visa for a 2nd border entry. Just make sure you make the 2nd entry before the visa expires. There should be a "use by" or "use before" date on the visa.
