Stamped 'evidence'?

No, not evidence. I think it could be two words written together instead of just one. The premise is always cops receiving cases and off for forensic gathering or questioning. It always ends with the suspect screwing themselves up or trying to get away. It's comedic with a serious overtone. They usually show it in the early afternoons, but I forgot on which days or which channel. I think I'll need a Thai to answer this one.
