Clarify ambiguity on TM7

HI I have an extension of stay due to expire on Xmas day. So I am here on a "retirement"oa visa already. I am filling out the TM7 form and I want to know where the form asks for arrival details. Which particular arrival date does that refer to ? Is it the original arrival date when you were first granted a visa or is it the arrival date from when you last left the country? I have recently left the country for a few weeks.
