webfact Posted November 24, 2013 Share Posted November 24, 2013 Police investigate drugging and robbery of German at North Pattaya CondoPATTAYA: -- On Sunday afternoon Pattaya Police were called to the Markland Condominium in Soi 1 off Pattaya Beach Road, to assist a German resident who claimed he had been drugged and robbed by two Thai women he had earlier invited to his apartment.Mr. Joachim Gerd Lay aged 73 initially called his German friends who came and called the Police on his behalf.
