Mobile internet no problem.

Little in the way of Condos in Camb. But apartment at that price or less should be easy to find in BTB. Electric is almost always extra though based on actual usage.

there are a few places across the river that rent long term. I found one and it was $250 for top floor apt with balcony and kitchen/fridge/internet but u pay ur own electric.
