Medical Insurance for foreigners I've got the phone number

Featured Replies

I was admitted to Udon Thani hospital spent around 3 weeks had some surgery and was discharged 3 weeks ago. While I was there i saw a banner that had Medical Insurance on it It had three different health cards one saying Pregnant Woman, one Mother and child and the last Foreigner. All 3 showed a pictue of a health card with a picture of one of the three categories.I believe his is done by social services but not sure but there was a telephone number which I wrote on my 90 day report cuz I wanted to post this possibly good news for all to take advantage of and also took a poto of the banner.Wasn't great but readable kindof. If I could post that I would but I can't cuz don't know how. Here it is 042=245524

Just to let you know I've been in 3 hospitals in11months with 8 operations to my legs Kudos to Udon. They take care of their patients like me who don't have a famly to do things Meals which are good delivered and taken from you bed'sheets changed help with sponge bath It was great after in and out of hospital for 11 months and maybe another coming up I can remember the indifference recieved both at Nong Khai and Nakhon Phanom and how staff would watch as I struggled getting up to go empty my pee pot. If you are up here and have to go to hospital Udon gets a thumbs up.Good luck with the number if you need it

This has been covered in the Health Forum. Go to Inexpensive Insurance for Foreigners.
