last week was told after second trip i would have to pay 6000 for a new visa.

yea just have tourist visa from Holland,still 15 days but next year must be 30 like otherEU countries.

but what is up with this 2 trips, then having to buy a new visa at border.

what do they want all people to live elsewhere?

You can't get a visa at border. Normally they limit the total 15 day visa exempt entries to 4.

You should make a visa run for a tourist visa is perhaps what they were saying.

Vientiane Laos does 2 entry visas.

What makes you think you will start getting 30 day entries next year.
