Luggage storage in Terminal 21?

I've left luggage in MBK before, but can't find definite proof Terminal 21 has the same type of facility. I am going there for a few hours on the way to the airport and would like to put my bag in storage. Does this service exist there?

On a somewhat related note, I also need to print something before going to the airport. Are there internet cafes inside the mall or very nearby outside?
