Blank Page Instead of Requested TV Page

Not quite sure if that's how to describe it, but for the past couple of days when trying to connect to a TV URL, I've been getting a blank page and the notation, "Fetching of original content failed with the following error: Proxy Publisher Failure - CONNECTION ERROR. If you own this domain, please consult this FAQ."

Seems I wait a while and it will connect to the requested page, or I do a reload, but often it takes quite a while, or I have to even wait an hour or so.

Not sure if this is a TV web problem or something local to me - MacBook Pro, OS X 10.8.5, Safari 6.1

There was some scheduled maintenance that ran a bit longer than expected, it should be finished now.
