POEA and OWWA

Hello, everyone.

I will be going back to the Philippines for the Christmas Holidays and would want to grab the chance to process POEA and OWWA requirements so that exiting the country will be much easier, and payment of travel tax will never be a requirement anymore.

In this light, I would like to ask those who have recently processed the same the requirements needed by both agencies under a "Direct Hire" overseas worker.
My friends told me that a copy of contract, Work Permit/Visa and the filled-up form are enough. But some sites mentioned authenticated copy of the contract by the Philippine Embassy in Thailand is also necessary. One of my friends complied to the agencies' requirements April this year and she submitted only her passport.

I would appreciate it deeply if you can shed light to this matter.
