My old dog (bitch) has trouble walking & eating. I think I will soon need a vet to put her down. My usual vet now no longer does house calls (I have no car), & last time I asked her about this possible termination, she refused on Buddhist grounds. Anyone know a vet in Ubonratchathani who is willing to do this? Thanks, OGT

Hi Tom, I am in Mukdahan and the only place that i know that will do this is at the Veterinary Hospital at Khon Kean University. I have had 1 dog put down there that had a broken back after being hit by a motorcycle but i still had to insist as the dog would never walk again.

Maybe ask the vet for the medicine and syringe and do it yourself. Something am am dreading as it will be very emotional.
