For me, it's like they plunked down the old town square from Disneyland with a nice outdoor restaurant surrounded by nicely built buildings with faux exteriors. But the strange thing is ... none of the shops they built have anything in them. They are empty. It's a place for Thai shutterbugs to click away and they do. It's all for show and no substance.

The food is mediocre at best. Avoid the crab cakes as they have about 5% crab and the rest crap filler. Service is not great either and watch out for the busboys who zoom around on quite speedy buscart/electric mopeds. They are not careful and I am sure somebody's been hit by one of them at some point. The odds are too great.
