This is better poetry than an expression of truth. I doubt it is a sutra verse and I'd guess it is merely a poetic (and incorrect) opinion. The Dharma is always available to sincere seekers, it can not be destroyed or lost...it is your own nature.

The thing is,

"We are very fortunate to be alive in a time where the genuine

teachings of the Buddhs are still available.

And we are an exemplary few who take

a sincare interest in studying them.
